AICA 2013 Global Annual Conference successfully concluded (3/6/2013) Hong Kong – The Alliance of International Corporate Advisors (AICA) held its Global Annual Conference from May 7-10, 2013 to discuss and suggest specific measures to strengthen the cooperation among its members and boost cross-border transactions.
AICA members rallied to share information on potential markets and transactions, as well as discussed and suggested specific measures to strengthen the cooperation among its members and boost cross-border transactions. The meeting was held at a right time given that international investors have seen Asia as an attractive investment destination since the looming economic crisis persisted to spread in the US and European countries.
AICA meeting also voted for the new Board of Directors for the period of 2013-2014. Deputy General Director of AsiaInvest Group, Mr. Nghia Truong (Truong Tuan Nghia), was elected as one of the Board members in the new BOD. This is the second consecutive term that a representative from AsiaInvest is sworn in AICA Board of Directors. 
Mr. Jeffrey Tolk – Consulting Partner (AsiaInvest Singapore) - made a presentation on the development of M&A activities in Asia and Vietnam in 2013 .
